Days: Monday – Thursday
Time: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Cost: $225 per week (Discounts Available for Siblings and Full Payments)

Camp Details

Empowering Your Child to Succeed

Camp Policies

  1. Ages Accepted: 6–12 years old. Campers must be fully potty-trained.
  2. Sign-in/Sign-out: Campers must be signed in/out daily by an adult 18+.
  3. What to Bring: Electronic Device (Laptop or Tablet), Backpack, water bottle, nut-free lunch, snack, comfortable clothing, and socks.
  4. Health & Safety:
    • Children with symptoms of illness (fever, cough, rash, vomiting) must stay home.
    • Staff trained in CPR and first aid. Emergency services will be called as needed.
  5. Behavior Expectations:(Restorative Response Protocol)

    Bullying has no place in our community. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. When harm happens, we respond in ways that prioritize healing, accountability, and the restoration of trust.

    • First Incident:
      • Restorative conversation, Verbal reminder of expectations and community values, and Parent/guardian notification.
    • Second Incident:
      • Written reflection or report to deepen understanding of the harm caused, Restorative circle, Behavior agreement created collaboratively to guide future choices.
    • Third Incident:
      • Temporary suspension from camp activitiesParent/guardian meeting with camp leadership to review behavior and next steps

Our highest priority is the safety and dignity of every camper; actions that seriously endanger others may result in immediate separation from the community with no refund.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our refund policy works:

  • 100% Refund: If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of camp, you will receive a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: If you cancel between 7 to 14 days before the start of camp, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, no refund will be issued.

By proceeding with the registration, you agree to the refund policy outlined above.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting the form below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following terms:

  1. Liability Waiver: I understand that while every effort will be made to ensure my child's safety and well-being, accidents may occur. I release Chicago Urban Ignite and its staff from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the camp, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.
  2. Medical Release: In case of medical emergency, I authorize camp staff to seek medical treatment for my child as needed. I understand that all medical expenses are my responsibility.
  3. Behavioral Expectations: I agree to uphold the behavioral expectations set forth by the camp. Should my child fail to meet these expectations, the camp reserves the right to dismiss my child without a refund.
  4. Photo/Video Release: I consent to photographs and videos being taken during camp activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, and the camp website. If I do not wish for my child to be photographed, I will notify the camp in writing.
  5. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. The refund policy outlined above will apply.
